| 摘 要： | 300 kt/a合成氨520kt/a尿素(简称"3052")生产线包含了国际先进的多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气流床加压气化装置.阐述了基于国产DCS的"3052"大化肥生产过程实时控制系统开发、设计、工程实施和应用情况.实际运行效果表明,国产系统完全能满足"3052"大化肥生产装置实时优化控制设计要求.国内自主开发的DCS首次在该类装置中成功应用,有力促进了中国石油化工行业关键装备国产化进程. |

| Abstract: | 300kt/a ammonia unit and 520kt/a urea unit(abbreviated as "3052")has the advanced multi-spray high pressure,opposite located coal-water slurry gasification unit.It is described that on time control system in the "3052" production process has been developed,designed,and its application.The practice application has shown that the domestic control system can satisfy the requirement of optimum control.It can promoted nationalization of the key equipments in the China Petrochemical Industry. |
