摘    要:目前中国输电线路总长度居世界第二,"十一五"期间将加大电网建设力度,以解决日益增长的电力需求.面对如此漫长的输电线路,如何有效地建设和管理,是一个正在面对并急需的问题.机载激光雷达测量技术由于具有快速获取高精度激光点云和高分辨率数码影像的优点,无论对新建线路的走向选择设计,还是对已建线路的危险点巡线检查、线路资产管理以及各种专业分析,都带来了传统测绘手段所不具备的应用模式和技术优势.
