蛹虫草多糖对紫外线诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核的影响

摘    要:目的:研究蛹虫草多糖对紫外线诱发的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的影响。方法:采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验。结果:浓度为30、50、80、100μg/ml 的蛹虫草胞内、胞外多糖对蚕豆根尖微核率与阳性对照组相比均具有极显著差异(p < 0.01),浓度为100μg/ml 的蛹虫草胞内、胞外多糖对根尖微核的抑制率分别为47.68%、43.04%。蛹虫草胞内、胞外多糖每种样品的不同浓度之间对微核的影响存在极显著的差异(p < 0.01),且蚕豆微核率随多糖浓度的提高而降低。结论:蛹虫草胞内、胞外多糖均可有效抑制紫外线诱发的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生。

Abstract:Micronucleus test was designed to study effects of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides on micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root-tip cells induced by ultraviolet (UV). The results showed that the inhibition rates of Cordyceps militaris endopolysaccharides and exopolysaccharides at the concentrations of 30 , 50 , 80, and 100 μg/ml respectively on micronucleus of Vicia faba root-tip cells induced by UV are lower obviously than the positive control group. When the concentration of both endopolysaccharides and exopolysaccharides is 100 μg/ml, their inhibition rates against micronucleus reach 47.68 % and 43.04 % respectively. There are significant differences among the effects of four concentrations of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides on micronucleus (p < 0.01). In addition, with the increase of the concentration of polysaccharides, the micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root-tip cells decreases. In conclusion, endopolysaccharides and exopolysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris could inhibit the yield of micronucleus of Vicia faba root-tip cells induced by UV.
