拟除虫菊酯综合废水的预处理效果研究

摘    要:文章对拟除虫菊酯综合废水进行了预处理试验,预处理路线为碱化沉淀-Fenton试剂氧化-超声氧化试验,实验结果表明,废水在pH为3.5,温度为30℃,超声氧化时间60min时,经预处理后,CODCr从22240mg/L降至5040mg/L,去除率达77.3%,BOD5从2446mg/L降到1734mg/L,BOD5/CODCr从0.11上升到0.35,为废水的生化处理提供了有利条件。

Abstract:The paper planned to eliminate insect the chrysanthemum ester synthesis waste water to carry on the pretreatment experiment, pretreated the route to precipitate . the Fenton reagent oxidation - supersonic oxidation test for alkalize, the experimental result indicated, the waste water in the pH was 3.5, when temperature for 30 ℃, supersonic oxidized time 60 min, after the pretreatment, CODCr fell from 22240 mg/L to 5040 mg/L, the elimination rate reached 77.3 %, BOD5 fell from 2446 mg/L to 1734mg/L, BOD5/CODCr from 0.11 rised to 0.35, provided the advantage for waste water biochemistry processing.
