摘    要:立式水冷器运行效率不佳,主要是管内壁存在水垢以及冷却管内冷却水量分布严重不均所造成的。介绍了自转塑料纽带在线连续自动除垢技术和工业应用试验,结果表明节水节电的综合效益颇高。

Abstract:The inefficiecy of vertical water cooler operation is mainly caused by scale and foul on the inner wall of the heat transfer tubes and uneven distribution of cooling water for each tube. This paper describes a new technique of automatic and continous anti scaling and anti fouling for vertical water cooler by using online self rotating twisted plastic strips. The industrial application results show that the comprehensive benefits in power and water saving is considerably great.
