| 摘 要： | 阐述了研制Ｓ波段低相噪参考源所需的晶振相噪特性、倍频器相噪特性，指出研制低相噪参考源的途径，在此基础上研制出了Ｓ波段极低相噪参考源，经严格测量，其相位噪声在１ｋＨｚ处优于－１２１ｄＢｃ／Ｈｚ，１００ｋＨｚ以外的相噪平底优于－１３５ｄＢｃ／Ｈｚ。所用２０次培频器几乎无附加相噪。

| Abstract: | The phase noise characteristic of crystal oscillator and multiplier needed in designing and manufacturing a low phase noise reference source is described in this paper. An approach to designing and manufacturing a low phase noise reference source has been pointed out. Using this theory,we have manufactured Sband low phase noise reference source. Its Single-Side-Band (SSB) phase noise is -121 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and - 135 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset by strict measurement. The 20 times multiplier in the reference source has almost no additional phase noise. |
