浸渍树脂的真空沫化特性及其沫化真空度试验方法

摘    要:浸渍树脂在一定的真空度下会起泡沫现象叫真空沫化现象。浸渍树脂的沫化真空度太低会妨碍浸渍树脂对绕组的渗透,影响浸渍效果和绝缘质量。所以,应当研究浸渍树脂是否适合真空浸渍工艺技术要求的评价方法和指标。文章对浸渍树脂的真空沫化特性、真空粘温特性、真空挥发特性以及反映特性的参数进行了定义和介绍,具体介绍了反映真空沫化特性的沫化真空度的试验方法。

Abstract:Foam arises in impregnating resin under certain vacuum condition, this phenomenon is called vacuum foaming behaviour of an impregnating resin, which blocks impregnating resin to permeamte windings fully and results in bad insulation quality if a impregnating resin foams under lower vacuity. Therefore, the applicability of a impregnating resin to vacuum impregnating insu- lation should be estimated according to tests. This paper defines some characteristics to describe the behaviours of an impregnating resin under vacuum condition, that are the characteristic of the vacuum foaming, the characteristic of the vavuum viscosity-temperature, the characteristic of the vacuum volatility, the parameters to character the characteristics, such as foaming vacuity to character the characteristic of the vacuum foaming are introduced. The test method of foaming vacuity is described detailed.
