摘    要:沙牌碾压混凝土拱坝成缝技术以诱导缝、横缝组合为重点,在国内外成缝经验的基础上,深化分缝结构及接缝灌浆系统,提出了适应于碾压混凝土拱坝特点的预制混凝土重力式模板成缝和接缝重复灌浆新技术,并成功应用于施工。在碾压混凝土拱坝分缝上也有所创新和突破,为100m以上高碾压混凝土拱坝的设计积累了重要经验。

Abstract:The joint forming technique of the Shapai RCC arch dam is stressed on the combination of induced joint with transverse joint. On the basis of the experience of the joint forming technique at home and abroad, the joint structure and joint grouting system have been deepened. A new technique of pre cast gravity type concrete formwork for joint forming and joint re grouting was put forward and was successfully applied to the construction. Meanwhile the initiation and breakthrough of the jointing of RCC arch dam also have been gained, which provides the important experience for the design of high RCC arch dam with the height of over 100 m.
