| 摘 要： | 文章以某大型国有建筑企业如何加强待岗职工管理为案例。分析了建筑施工企业职工待岗的主要原因。阐明了当前国有建筑施工企业实行职工待岗的相对台理性。指出了加强待岗职工管理的主要环节。
