赵楼矿深厚表土层冻结法凿井工程监测技术

摘    要:结合赵楼矿深厚表土冻结法凿井工程,介绍了冻结法凿井中的地层冻结工程相关参数监测、井帮温度与变形监测和井壁收敛监测、上部已成型井壁段的温度和受力与变形监测,依据监测结果及其规律分析,主井及时中途套壁,副井在出现井壁裂隙的情况下坚持大段高掘砌.赵楼矿主副井外壁掘砌平均速度分别为88.33m/月和93.21 m/月,内壁套砌速度均超过280 m/月.两井筒施工与施工组织设计相比分别提前28 d和26 d通过冻结段,节约直接冻结运行费约396万元,实现了深厚表土冻结法凿井的安全、快速施工.
