摘    要:混输管路清管操作实验和理论的研究对混输管线的设计及生产管理具有重要意义。为研究混输管路清管工况下的变化规律,建立了长380米、管径80毫米的混输清管实验管道,利用水和空气为试验介质,得到了混输管路清管过程清管器运行时间和运行速度变化规律,并得到了通过清管球压降的计算关系武。针对水平管路,建立了清管模拟的数学模型,编制了计算软件,用于预测混输管路清管过程中清管时间、清管球运行速度等。软件计算结果与实验数据的吻合较好。

Abstract:The experimental and theoretic study of pigging operation of mixed transportation pipeline has important signification for the design and management of mixed transportation pipeline.To investigate the variation law under pigging conditions of mixed transportation pipeline,a pipeline with 380 m length and 80 mm diameter was established for pigging test.Taking water and air as media,the variation law of running time and velocity of the pig was obtained for mixed transportation pipeline.Also,the calculating equation was developed for the pressure drop through the pig.Aiming to horizontal pipeline,the mathematic model was established for pigging simulation,and the calculating software was developed to predict the pigging time and velocity for mixed transportation pipeline.The results calculated by the software are well comparative with the experimental data.
