摘    要:综述了微生物转谷氨酰胺酶(MTGase)的性质、用途及反胶束萃取纯化效果,展望了用MTGase催化合成等日化用新功能性原料的可行性及其前景。

Abstract:The review summarized the characteristics,applications and effects of reversed micelle of microbial transglutaminase(MTGase.) Feasibility and expectation of newfunctional material catalyzed by MTGase was stated.
