夯扩挤密干硬性混凝土桩工法在复合地基处理中的应用研究

摘    要:以张家口市某高层住宅小区1,2号楼为试点工程,采用夯扩挤密干硬性混凝土桩对其地基进行加固处理.详细介绍了夯扩挤密干硬性混凝土桩施工工艺参数和流程.干硬性混凝土试块抗压强度试验和单桩静载试验证明,该桩可穿透厚度为2.0m左右的复杂地层、可极大提高地基土承载力、有效消除地基土的湿陷性并可有效调节地基土的不均匀性;与CFG桩比较,夯扩挤密干硬性混凝土桩可降低造价20%左右,工期可缩短1/4以上.

Abstract:Taking high-rise buildings in a residential area of Zhangjiakou as testing project,the expansion compacting piles with dry hard concrete are used to reinforce the foundation.The construction parameters and process are introduced in detail.The compression test of dry hard concrete testing blocks and sing piles static loading test show that the expansion compacting piles with dry hard concrete can penetrate in composite soil about 2.0m,the bearing capacity of foundation soil can be obviously improved,the collapsibility can be effectively eliminated and the inhomogeneity of the soil can be adjusted.Adpoting the expansion compacting piles with dry hard concrete can reduce cost by 20% and reduce the construction time by 1/4 comparing to CFG piles.
