| 摘 要： | 针对我国现行军事代表制度迫切需要改革的现实情况,在对设备监理制度进行分析和研究的基础上,对比分析了军事代表工作与设备监理的异同,提出了借鉴设备监理制度的成功经验改革现有军事代表工作模式的具体方案和建议.
