| 摘 要： | 首先运用SPSS统计软件中的单样本K-S检验方法验证居民小区物业管理的来客流量遵从泊松过程,然后运用排队论对来客流量进行分析,使用随机微分方程组计算出来客流量的均值和方差与服务时间的均值和方差,从而给居民小区物业管理提供参考. |

| Abstract: | This paper firstly testifies the flow of guests into the residential district following the Poisson Process by the One-Sample K-S Test in the SPSS, secondly analyzes the flow of guests by the Queuing Theory, and thirdly calculates the mean and variance of the flow of guests by random differential equation, which will provide the reference for the management of the flow of guests into the residential district. |
