尿素低压吸收系统的稳定与优化操作

摘    要:介绍了影响尿素低压吸收系统稳定操作的主要因素;论述了低调水进口温度控制对系统的影响以及稳定控制低调水进口温度的措施;实施了逐步降低低调水进口温度、稳定缓冲罐液位、去除缓冲罐氮气管线、增加蒸汽盘管等项技术改造措施。结果表明,改造后低调水进口温度由61℃降低到56℃,甲铵液浓度相应得到提高。

Abstract:Author has introduced the main factors influencing stable operation in low pressure absorption system of urea; has discussed the influence of control of lowering water inlet temperature by adjustment on the system, and how to stabilize and control the measures lowering water inlet temperature ; technical reformation measures were realized, such as lowering progressively the water inlet temperature, stabilizing liquid level of buffer tank, removing nitrogen gas pipeline of buffer tank, adding steam coils etc. , result indicates that water inlet temperature can be reduced from 61℃ to 56℃ after reformation, concentration of carbamate is increased appropriately..
