基于细菌趋药优化的传感器节点定位算法

摘    要:主要研究分析分布式加权多维标度定位算法,针对该定位算法的不足提出基于细菌趋药优化的传感器节点定位算法。所提出的算法主要做两方面的改进:一方面,对其加权机制做修正;另一方面引入收敛速度较快且适用于多峰函数优化的细菌趋药优化算法对其局部目标代价函数进行优化。仿真实验结果表明:所提出的dw MDS(BC)定位算法在节点分布稀疏或网络拓扑不规则的环境中仍有较好的定位精度,而且算法的收敛速度也有提高。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the distributed weighted multidimensional scale localization algorithm, proposes dwMDS which makes up for the shortage of this algorithm. The algorithm makes two major improvements: one is to improve the weighted mechanism, the other is to in- troduce the bacterial chemotaxis optimization algorithm which has the fast convergence speed and is applicable to muhimodal function op- timization to optimize its local target cost function. Simulation results show that in the same experiment environment, compared with the original algorithm, the improved algorithm improves the localization accuracy and convergence rate.
