辊式磨粉机对辊工作力学条件分析

摘    要:辊式磨粉机能否保证对辊受力均匀、间隙正确,并避免对辊损伤,是保证对辊正常工作的关键因素,本文在对辊式磨粉机进行对辊挟入物料力学条件分析的基础上,分别从等速反向旋转光辊、差速反向旋转光辊和差速反向旋转齿棍等几方面进行了对辊工作区力学条件分析,研究结果对辊式磨粉机对辊的设计和实际生产提供了理论支持和技术应用参考价值。

Abstract:Whether the rolling grinder can ensure applying forces on the rollers uniformly and avoid rollers damage is the key factor guaranteeing the rollers′ normal operation. Based on analyzing the mechanics conditions of the roller couple seizing materials of rolling grinder, mechanics conditions of the operating area of the roller couple were studied in terms of constant-speed reverse rotating bare roller, differential speed reverse rotating bare roller and differential speed reverse rotating toothed-roller respectively. The study conclusions were of theoretical support and technical application reference value for the rollers design and its practical operation.
