2009上半年经济形势及政策取向

结合2009年1—5月国民经济主要指标增长情况和经济呈现的特点，对上半年经济形势进行判断。考虑到国家在发挥宏观调控政策的积极效应方面还将持续努力，预计全年经济增长能实现8％的预期目标。物价涨幅将会前低后高，预计全年涨幅在0～1％之间。

Economical Situation and Policy Orientation in First Half of 2009

Combined with increasing of main indexes of national economy and economic features from January to May in 2009, we judged the economical situation in the first half of 2009. In view that the state will continue to make effort to play active effect of macro adjustment and control policy, we estimated the economical growth of the whole year may increase by 8 % of the expected target. GPI will be low then high, estimated within 0 - 1% in the whole year.
