公路隧道水泥处治碎石排水基层施工技术

为防止地下水对公路隧道路面的侵蚀破坏,结合小康高速公路隧道的实际情况,设计采用水泥处治碎石排水基层。本文主要介绍隧道水泥处治碎石排水基层施工技术与质量措施,通过现场试验检测证明,水泥处治碎石排水基层满足设计技术要求,符合质量验收标准。

Construction Technology of the Cement Treated Gravel Drainage Base in Highway Tunnel

Combining with the actual condition of xiao-kang expressway, this paper proposed that the cement treated gravel can be uses as drainage base in highway tunnel, by which can prevent the highway tunnel from the corrosive damage by groundwater. In this paper, a comprehensive introduction of the technology has been given including mix design, construction organization and quality control. Based on the above study, experimentation has been done in construction, the result is satisfactory, and has a significant guiding effect on design and eunstruetion of the tunnel sub-base.
