| 摘 要： | 宾县按照土地利用总体规划，遵循国土资源部《国家投资土地开发整理项目管理办法》，对部分未利用土地及原有耕地进行了开发整理。宾县水土流失严重，水土保持措施在土地整理项目中起着极其重要的作用。介绍了水土保持措施在宾县土地整理项目中的应用，着重介绍了水土保持措施中的坡地地埂蓄水沟和梯田的设置，对相近地区的水土保持措施提供了理论和实践依据。

| Abstract: | Binxian County has developed and consolidated the original cultivated land and part of the unused land, in accordance with the overall land use planning, following the Ministry of Land and Resources ＂management methods about the project of national investment in land development and consolidation＂. The soil and water conservation measures in land consolidation project plays an extremely important role because of Binxian County＇s serious soil and water erosion. In this paper, the application of water and soil conservation measures in Binxian County＇s land consolidation projects were introduced, focused on soil and water conservation measures in the set of the water ditch of slope and terrace, providing a basis for the theory and practice to similar region of soil and water conservation measures. |
