| 摘 要： | 针对聚酯装置差别化生产的需要,介绍了消光剂Ti O2悬浮液在线注入的4种方案,着重分析了第4种在预缩聚反应器酯化物入口管道上注入的方案。与前3种方案相比,第4种方案有着设置较简单、投资少、操作性能稳定、安装灵活等特点,应用更广泛。

| Abstract: | Four Schemes of online injection of matting agent (titanium dioxide suspension) were presented to meet needs of differentiation production of polyester plants in this paper. It was focused on the 4th scheme that matting agent was injected to the inlet pipe of pre-polycondensation reactor. The 4th scheme had been proved to have advantages of simple operation, low cost, stable operation performance and flexible installation and could be applied to many applications. |
