竹纤维-聚丙烯复合材料板材的成型工艺研究及优化

摘    要:以竹纤维作为增强材料,聚丙烯纤维作为基体材料,通过正交设计不同模压成型工艺,在平板硫化机上压制出了竹纤维-聚丙烯复合材料板材。通过对竹纤维-聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能测试及对比分析,得出结论:模压温度对复合材料性能的影响较大,而模压保温时间的影响较小;在180℃、40 min时制得的竹纤维-聚丙烯复合材料具有良好的断裂强度;在170℃、40 min时制得的复合材料具有良好的顶破强度。

Abstract:Bamboo fibers as reinforced materials and polypropylene fibers as substrate materials weremade of fabricate bamboo fibers reinforced polypropylene composite sheet by applying different moldingprocess on the vulcanizing machine. Mechanical properties of composite were characterized and the resultsof analysis showed: the molding temperature had a greater impact on properties of composite while the influ-ence of molding time on composite was little changed. The composite had a good fracture strength whichwas prepared at molding temperature of 180 ℃ and molding time of 40 min. However, the composite had agood bursting strength which was prepared at molding temperature of 170 ℃ and molding time of 40 min.
