竹炭纤维非织造鞋材的开发与性能研究

摘    要:以涤纶基竹炭纤维和低熔点纤维为原料制备针刺非织造鞋材,对几种不同混比的非织造鞋材的单位面积质量、厚度、透气性、拉伸强力、撕破强力和顶破强力进行了测试,分析了不同混比对于鞋材性能的影响。

Abstract:As raw materials, the polyester fiber blended with bamboo charcoal and low melting point fiber were used to manufacture needle-punched nonwoven shoe materials. In order to research the effect of different mixing proportion on the performance of nonwoven shoe materials, weight, thickness, permeability, tensile strength, tear strength and bursting strength were tested.
