钢岔管三维参数化设计方法的研究与应用

摘    要:针对现有的钢岔管三维设计和分析过程中存在的模型修正量大、耗时长、效率低等问题,以CAD和CAE的无缝结合为手段,实现参数化建模,从而降低模型修正量,提高设计精度和效率,通过EXCEL对参数进行分类管理,利用Autodesk Revit软件进行三维参数化建模,以SAT格式实现数据传递,并选取3个完工项目,采用CAE软件对钢岔管的网格密度、边界长度等影响钢岔管分析精度的关键因素进行敏感性分析。对达克曲克水电站钢岔管三维设计的应用结果表明,本文的设计方法具有合理性,结果可供水利水电工程其他结构的三维模型设计、分析、优化借鉴。

Abstract:To overcome large calculation in model verification, time-consuming, low efficiency for three-dimensional design and analysis process of steel bifurcated pipe, 3D parametric design method for steel bifurcation was proposed in the paper. The seamless integration of CAD and CAE tools, parametric modeling are adopted to reduce the amount of correction model and improve design accuracy and efficiency. Parameter management was achieved by using EXCEL software. Autodesk Revit software was adopted to design three-dimensional parametric model. The data between CAD and CAE was transferred with SAT format. Sensitivity analysis of mesh density and boundary conditions for influencing the precision of steel bifurcated pipe was implemented by CAE software. The method was applied to 3D design of steel bifurcated pipe for Dakequke hydropower. The results show that the method was reasonable. Therefore, the method can provide reference for designing, analyzing and optimizing other hydropower structures.
