| 摘 要： | 针对原液着色腈纶的自身性能、生产工艺与户外应用关系等进行了概述与探讨,将腈纶原液着色法与凝胶染色、丝束染色及成品染色法进行比较,阐述了原液着色腈纶的生产工艺,主要包括颜料的选择、色浆的配制混合、色浆加入方式和纺丝工艺的优化,指出应大力研究原液着色腈纶技术并开发具有高附加值的原液着色腈纶。

| Abstract: | The performance of dope-dyed PAN fiber and the relationship between production technology and application of acrylic in outdoor market are summarized. The dope-dyeing technique was compared with gel dyeing, tow dyeing and textile dyeing technique. The production technology of dope-dyed PAN fiber was discussed from the aspects of pigments choices, the mixture preparation and added methods of the paste and the spinning parameter optimization. It was pointed out that the development of the titled technology and-dope dyed PAN fiber with high additional value should be stimulated. |
