| 摘 要： | 从包装材料、助剂混合以及纺丝油剂等方面探讨了锦纶6功能性纤维发生黄变的问题,指出包装时使用不含2,6-双叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)等酚类抗氧剂的包装材料,单独使用搅拌装置混合助剂并选择合适的纺丝油剂能够有效防止纤维发生黄变。

| Abstract: | To solve the yellowing problem of polyamide 6 functional fiber, the packaging materials, additives and spinning finishes are discussed. It can be concluded that the packaging materials without butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT), the stirring apparatus of additives single used, and the suitable spinning finishes can prevent the yellowing problem of polyamide 6 functional fiber. |
