摘    要:研究了含二氮杂萘酮结构环氧端基聚芳醚酮(E-PPEK)/E-44/DDM 环氧树脂复合体系的微观结构和热-力学性能,分析了E-PPEK在环氧树脂基体中的增韧机理,E-PPEK/环氧树脂体系为均相结构,加入一定量的E-PPEK可大幅度提高环氧树脂的韧性,而不降低环氧树脂的模量和耐热性。

Abstract:The microstructure and thermo mechanical properties of epoxy terminated polyether ketone (E PPEK)/epoxy resin composite systems were investigated, and the toughing mechanism of E PPEK in epoxy resin was discussed. The E PPEK/epoxy resin systems are simple phase structure. The toughing of epoxy resin was appreciably enhanced by adding some E PPEK, in the meaning, the tensile modulus and glass transition temperature ( T g) of epoxy resin are not decreased but increased. The toughing effect comes mainly from the IPN of E PPEK/epoxy systems.
