摘    要:利用简单的化学气相沉积法,成功地合成了高结晶度的Cd1-xZnxS纳米带和纳米板.使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜和选区电子衍射,对样品的形貌、晶体结构和组成成分进行了表征.研究发现,通过适当调节沉积位置,可以实现对样品形貌的控制合成.在合成过程中,气-固(VS)生长占据主导地位.光致发光研究发现,合成的纳米带和纳米板非常适合于构建纳米级别的光电器件,例如激光二极管,光子探测器.

Abstract:Single crystalline Cd1-xZnxS nanosheets and nanobelts were successfully synthesized by chemical vapor deposition technology.The crystal structure,compositional information,and morphological structures were carefully characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),transmission electronic microscopy(TEM),and selected area electronic diffraction(SAED).The morphologies could be controlled by simply adjusting the deposition position.A vapor-solid process was proposed for the formation...
