矩形光场LED一次透镜光学设计

摘    要:定义LED器件的光学结构,建立LED封装的数学模型及其方程,运用龙格一库塔法在Matlab求解方程,获得具有矩形均匀照度光场的LED在x、y两个方向截面曲线的相关数据,在Solidworks中建立自由曲面模型,将模型导入Tracepro软件,通过Tracepro修改模型及光学仿真,得到希望的LED矩形光场一次透镜光学模型.

Abstract:The optical structure of LED was defined and a mathematical model of LED encapsulation and its equation were built.Some data on the sectional curve of LED encapsulation of homogenously rectangular irradiance in x,y directions were obtained through solving the equation above with the method of Runge-Kutta by Matlab.Freeform surface model was built by solidworks and the model was input in Tracepro.The model was modified and some optical simulation was performed by Tracepro,and then the expecting optical model...
