| 摘 要： | 以TDI、HEA和PEG为原料,2步法制备了一种用于光固化胶的低黏度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物。其最佳制备条件为:第1步反应过程中nTDI/nHEA=1,催化剂质量分数0.2%,反应温度40℃,反应时间2~3h;第2步反应过程中nTDI/nPEG=2,反应温度55~60℃,反应时间为5~6h。产物的黏度为150~175mPa·s。
