油锯不等节距锯链系统的动力学分析

摘    要:油锯是林业生产中重要的采伐工具,工作时,锯链高速运转,其动力学特性直接影响油锯寿命。针对锯链系统中传动片与连接片节距不相等这一特殊情况,建立了油锯锯链结构的动力学模型。结合单步积分法理论,编制了一套求解这一特殊结构动力学数学模型的计算机仿真程序。利用上述程序对某型油锯锯链系统的动力学特性进行分析,并与该锯链系统在ADAMS中获取的动力学结果作比较,验证了动力学理论模型的正确性。

Dynamic Analysis on Variable Pitch Chain System of Oil Saw

Abstract:Oil saw is an important forestry production logging tool. At work, oil saw is in high - speed operation, and its dynamics affects the saw chain life directly. Aiming at the particular case that the piece of transmission chip and connecting in saw chain system are not the same, it establishes an oil saw chain structure dynamic model. Combined with a single step integral method theory, it designs a computer simulation program for solving this special structure dynamic mathematical model. It analyzes the dynamics of a certain type of saw chain system, and compares with the dynamics results obtained in ADAMS. The results show that the dynamics theoretical model is reasonable.
