| 摘 要： | 某国产引进型300MW汽轮机组汽轮机本体大修后因调节级压力信号管焊口断裂，导致运行时调节级压力信号失灵，DCS负荷调节全部中断，为此提出了若干解决方案，避免了再次揭缸大修。

| Abstract: | Due to the fracture of control stage pressure signal pipe weld at its overhaul, the control stage pressure signal of a domestic introduction of 300MW steam turbine was led to failure at run -time, and DCS load regulations were all interrupted. For this situation, this paper proposed several solutions to avoid reexposing the cylinder overhaul. |
