粉体颗粒级配对多孔Al2O3陶瓷性能的影响

摘    要:用两种不同颗粒度分布的Al2O3陶瓷粉体进行颗粒级配来制备多孔Al2O3陶瓷。通过分析测试多孔瓷的吸水率、孔径大小及分布、孔洞的形貌等技术指标,研究粉体颗粒级配对多孔Al2O3陶瓷性能的影响。

Abstract:Porous Al2O3 ceramics were prepared by powder particle gradation using two kinds of Al2O3 ceramics powder with different particle size distribution. By analyzing water absorption, pore size and dis- tribution, pore shape of porous Al2O3 ceramics, the effect of powder particle gradation on the properties of porous Al2O3 ceramics was investigated.
