摘    要:无烟煤具有着火温度高、燃烧稳定性差、燃尽困难的特点。无烟煤燃烧技术是锅炉界关注的问题。结合我厂燃煤煤质差,煤质波动大。机组高负荷工况时,燃烧稳定性差,频繁发生锅炉燃烧恶化灭火.严重影响机组安全、稳定、经济运行,锅炉飞灰可燃物高、排烟温度高、煤耗高、锅炉效率达不到设定值等问题。经过试验调整和分析,制定对策措施。

Abstract:Anthracite has characteristics of high ignition temperature, poor combustion stability, difficult to burn out. Anthracite boiler combustion technology is a major concern in boiler field. Combined with the poor coal quality in the plant, it shows shaky coal quality. In conditions of unit with high load, the combustion stability is poor, and boiler rapid combustion extingiushment is frequently occured. All these may seriously affect unit security, stability, economic operation. And other issues, such as high fuel boiler fly ash, high exhaustion gas temperatures, high coal consumption, and boiler efficiency cant reach set value. It is presented countermeasures by tes- ting adjustment and analysis.
