少油点火技术在超临界无烟煤“W”型火焰锅炉中的应用

摘    要:传统燃煤电站在启动调试阶段,锅炉燃油系统设计采用的是传统的轻柴油点火和低负荷投油助燃方式,机组启动耗油大,少油点火技术操作简单,安全可靠,较好的解决了上诉问题。结合国内首台超临界无烟煤“W”型火焰锅炉-塘寨电厂2×600MW超临界工程#1机组,简要介绍了少油点火技术的运行原理、控制系统、运行效果及需改进的问题。

Abstract:In the start of the commissioning phase, the design of boiler fuel system of conventional coal - fired power unit used light diesel ignition and low - load oil combustion mode to ignite, which cost a large of oil in the unit start - up phase. The less oil ignition technology is simple and reliable and solve the problem properly. This paper introduced the operating principle, control system, operating results and some solutions to be improved to the first super -critical "W" flame boiler with anthracite in China-NO. 1 unit of 2 × 600MW super - critical unit of Tangzhai Power Plant.
