| 摘 要： | 通过对一起电压互感器在安装施工过程中由于一次绕组末端未引出接地引起的故障，分析了导致故障发生的原因以及在设备安装施工、调试、验收等方面暴露出来的问题，并根据新建（改、扩建）工程在设备施工、调试、验收等过程中前道、后道工序存在的问题提出几点建议，严防设备安装工程遗留缺陷或隐患进入生产环节，防止类似事件的发生。

| Abstract: | Through the ungrounded primary winding fault in the construction of the voltage transformer, the paper analyzes the fault reason and the problems in the devices construction, regulation and acceptance and presents some suggestions to the problems of new constructed project in construction, regulation and acceptance in order to prevent the hidden troubles and defects retained from the devices installation into the production and similar aecidenees. |
