基于PLC的机械手自动上下料控制系统设计

摘    要:针对盘型齿轮的特点,设计了一种采用机械手的自动上下料系统,以满足机床高效率、高质量的自动化加工需要。该系统用PLC作为控制器,触摸屏显示,实现了自动从输送线上取工件放到磨齿机上,同时将加工完成的工件经甩油处理后再送回输送线的控制要求。采用高分辨率的伺服系统和精确的位置传感器保证机械手动作的快速与准确定位。该系统的应用,有效地缩短了齿轮磨床上下料时间,提高了生产效率和整机自动化水平。

Study on Control System of Automatic Loading and Unloading Manipulator Based on PLC

Abstract:According to the characteristics of plate - type gear, It designs a loading and unloading manipulator to meet the automatic processing requirement of high efficiency and quality. This device uses PLC as the controller, touch screen as a terminal, and completes the control process such as automatically fetching workpiece from convey and placing it into grinding machine, putting the processed workpiece back to convey affter oil rejection at the same time. It uses the high -resolution servo system and accurate position sensors to ensure the position of machine. Application of this system can effectively shorten the time of grinding machine for loading and unloading, and improve the production efficiency and the automation of the machine.
