| 摘 要： | 实现文档一体化，所有进入计算机的文档信息均可实现网上自由查询，通过网络进行广泛的信息交流，使最新信息以最快速度被获取，同时将工作成桌迅速反馈给相关部门。甚至可以不受空间的限制，并实现文件、图像、声音的多媒体处理、综合利用和异地查询等，共享档案信息资源。

| Abstract: | The integration of secretary and document management could realize all documents information in computers inquired freely by Internet. The widespread information exchange by Internet could obtain the latest information with the fastest speed, feed back the a- chievement to the related department rapidly out of the limitation of location. It also realizes the multi - media （ such as, document, picture, voice and so on） processing, comprehensive utilization, inquirement in different ground, and shares the document resources. |
