| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the requirement of the dispatch telephone recording system construction and discussed the method to grasp the voice packet using the IP software in soft - switch system and the method to monitoring the telephone recording through network. The paper presents the implementation scheme of the dispatch telephone recording system which is the reference of the recording construction in soft- switch system. |
