新式压力回复型消声器研究

摘    要:为同一台轴流风机分别设计配套常规片式消声器和新式压力回复型消声器,然后进行对比试验.分析表明:常规的片式消声器使风机的风道尺寸变长,配套成本增加;新式压力回复型消声器将消声器和进气段与扩压段一起考虑,缩短风道尺寸,降低配套成本,比常规的片式消声器减少了风机的压力损失,提高了有效压力,节约电能.

Abstract:In this paper,the same axial fan design supporting conventional chip muffler and new pressure recovery muffler,and then compare test research.Analysis showed that conventional chip muffler allows fans of duct sizes change,supporting the cost increase;the new pressure recovery muffler,the muffler and intake segment and the diffuser to consider to reduce the size of the duct to reduce the costs associated,than conventional piece muffler reduce the pressure loss of the fan,increasing the effective pressure to save energy.
