油气集输系统优化管理节能方法研究

摘    要:传统的油气集输管理方法是建主在设计参数基础之上的。设计说明书为生产管理部门提供了诸如供水、输油温度、开动设备台数等等一系列数据,生产管理部门则严格按照这些参数组织生产管理,其目的是为了确保系统的正常运行,从而保证采油井生产的原油能安全地输送到目的地。通过对管线及输油泵的参数分析,可以通过调整泵的扬程和排量的方式来减少动力投入量。通过对有关参数进行优化运行,仅一年就为新未采油厂节电274.99 x 10~4kW· h,节油 472t,获 500多万元经济效益。

Abstract:The managing method of oil-gas gathering-transferring is established on the basis of desing data. Design directions supply a series of data for the production department such as: water supply, oil-transferring temperature, running sets of equipment etc. According to these parameters, the production department organizes production and managing. The goal is to ensure system operation normally so that the crude can be safely transferred from oil well to destination. Optimizing the above parameters,a lot of energy can be safed and a great economic benifit can he achieved.
