传统的油气集输管理方法是建主在设计参数基础之上的。设计说明书为生产管理部门提供了诸如供水、输油温度、开动设备台数等等一系列数据，生产管理部门则严格按照这些参数组织生产管理，其目的是为了确保系统的正常运行，从而保证采油井生产的原油能安全地输送到目的地。通过对管线及输油泵的参数分析，可以通过调整泵的扬程和排量的方式来减少动力投入量。通过对有关参数进行优化运行，仅一年就为新未采油厂节电２７４．９９ ｘ １０~４ｋＷ· ｈ，节油 ４７２ｔ，获 ５００多万元经济效益。
