数控加工中渐开线的插补及宏程序功能的实现

摘    要:阐述了渐开线加上的应用场合,提出了在数控加工中采用阿基米德螺线来逼近渐开线的方法以取代传统的直线段插补曲线的算法,论述了该方法的基本原理和具体步骤;讨论了替代加工的精度问题,并指出:当极角大约存45°时,两曲线轮廓最接近。

Abstract:Interpolation algorithm of various curves in economical and open CNC systems always have to be designed and implemented.In this paper,instead of conventional beelines approaching curves algorithm,the archimedes spiral line was used to approach the involute.The basic principle and concrete steps of this algorithm was discussed,the precision of alternative processing was debated and it was pointed that when the polar angle reached 45 degree,the best interpolation effect could be obtained.
