| 摘 要： | 颗粒度分布测量在选矿作业中是非常重要的，也是我国陶瓷、冶金、建材等行业急需解决的一个难题。过去，我国对颗粒粒度的测量，一直沿用经典的筛分法，沉降法，显微镜法。这些方法存在着耗时多，人工误差比较大的缺点。20世纪90年代以来，许多生产厂家和科研机构根据各自的特点分别开发了不同的在线颗粒度分析产品，其中比较成熟的4种方法有超声测量、激光测量、电测量和直接测量。
