商业型虚拟发电厂调度优化策略

摘    要:虚拟发电厂是实现分布式电源安全、可靠和经济地接入配电网运行的有效模式之一。文中对商业型虚拟发电厂调度优化策略的研究现状进行了综述。首先介绍了虚拟发电厂的概念、控制框架体系和参与的电力市场,从调度优化模型的建立及模型求解等方面就商业型虚拟发电厂参与各种市场的调度优化策略进行了分析,重点就应对不平衡功率调度措施和报价策略进行了详细介绍和评述。最后指出了商业型虚拟发电厂调度优化策略存在的问题和未来发展的方法。

Abstract:Virtual power plant(VPP)has been considered to be one of the most effective ways to achieve the secure, reliable and economic operation of power system with distributed energy resources accessed. The dispatch optimization strategies of the commercial VPP(CVPP)are reviewed. The general concept, control framework, and available energy markets for VPP are introduced at first. Then optimization strategies of the CVPP participating various markets are analyzed containing the designing and solution of dispatch optimization model. The dispatch measures coping to the unbalanced power and the bidding strategy are introduced and reviewed in detail. Finally, the existing problems and future development involved in the dispatch optimization of CVPP are pointed out. This work is supported by State Grid Corporation of China(No. PD71-14-003).
