摘    要:在祖克S432型浆纱机上对C/Coolmax 65/35 14.6 tex纱进行高压上浆,采用"先重后轻"的浆纱工艺满足了织造生产的要求;浆料配方以合成胶料HPS为主浆料,辅以PVA-1799及QB-918等浆料,浆液符合"高浓低粘"要求,增加了浆纱的耐磨性,减少了毛羽再生.

Abstract:C/Coolmax 65/35 14.6 rex was sizing in high pressure in Sucker S432 sizing machine, sizing technology of first heavy and then light was adopted to satisfy the demand of weaving production. Size mixture formula consist of composite size mixture HPS as main size mixture, PVA-1799 and QB-918 as assistant size mixture. Size reaches the demand of high density and low viscosity, sizing abrasion resistance was strengthened, and generating of hairiness was reduced.
