摘    要:用C_(28)(烷基—双膦酸)捕收剂浮选攀枝花钛铁矿。在用酸化水玻璃抑制脉石矿物的条件下,用浮选法可有效地分选出含TiO_2>48%的钛铁矿精矿,钛作业回收率90%以上。用ESCA和红外光谱测试技术研究了C_(28)的捕收机理及酸化水玻璃的抑制机理。

Abstract:The flotation of ilmenite ore in the Panzhihua mine with alkyl dualphosphonic acid(C_(28)) collector has been studied. The ilmenite concentrate (TiO_2>48%)can be separated efficiently with recovery of 90% with acidified sodium silicate as gangues depressant. The activation mechanism of C_(28) and acidified sodium silicate were investigated by means of ESCA and IR spectra.
