基于SolidWorks与CAXA联合的轮胎三维造型

摘    要:以215/60R16规格轮胎造型为例,简要介绍采用SolidWorks与CAXA联合进行轮胎三维实体造型主要步骤以及造型过程中需要注意的问题。在造型过程中充分发挥了CAXA软件的工程图绘制的优势,从而避免了SolidWorks中复杂的轮胎曲线草图绘制,提高了轮胎三维实体造型设计的速度。

Abstract:In this paper, 215/60R16 tire specifications as an example , This paper introduces the basis, main steps and the attention problems of SolidWorks and CAXA in the three dimensional solid modeling of tire. In the process of modeling, the advantage of drawing of CAXA engineering drawing is fully played, so that the complex tire sketch drawing in SolidWorks is avoided, and the speed of 3D solid modeling design is improved.
