磁性铝盐吸附剂的制备及高镁锂比盐湖卤水中提锂性能研究

摘    要:通过沉淀法制备磁性铝盐吸附剂MASA,吸附剂为微米级,但有一定堆叠,铝、铁元素分布均匀。吸附剂的比饱和磁化强度为10.78emu/g,可通过磁场与卤水分离MASA,锂吸附量可达4~5mg/g,5次之内未发生明显变化,而且对卤水中锂的选择性较高,尤其对镁的分配比达到468。用饱和NaCl清洗后,清洗液中Li~+0.1g/L,Mg~(2+)296g/L,解析液中Li+0.175g/L,Mg~(2+)0.15g/L。

Abstract:Magnetic aluminum salt adsorbent (MASA) was prepared by precipitation method. Particle size of MASA is in micrometer scale with a certain stacking. Distribution of Al and Fe in MASA is uniform, and lithium content rises obviously after adsorption. Specific saturation magnetization of adsorbent is 10.78 emu/g. Lithium adsorption capacity is 4~5 mg/g with no obvious change within 5 times. Selectivity of lithium in brine is higher, and distribution of magnesium ratio is 468. After washed with saturated NaCl, concentration of Li and Mg2 in cleaning solution is 0.1 g/L and 296 g/L respectively, and concentration of Li and Mg2 in desorbed solution is 0.175 g/L and 0.15 g/L.
