摘    要:针对海洋柔性管道结构特征复杂、受力分析困难、复杂载荷作用下力学机理不明确的问题,考虑各功能层层内和层间的摩擦接触行为,建立某海洋非黏结柔性管道三维非线性有限元模型,分析其在内压、外压、轴向力和扭矩作用下的受力特征。研究结果表明:海洋非黏结柔性管道在外载荷作用下容易产生波节性变形特征;外压主要由外侧抗压铠装层承担,内压主要由内侧抗压铠装层承担,轴向力主要由抗拉铠装层承担,扭矩主要由与其旋向相反的抗拉铠装层承担。参考该分析结果,可有针对性地对某特定功能层进行优化设计以提高海洋非黏结柔性管道的预期力学性能。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of the marine unbonded flexible pipe is very complex, so it is difficult to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the pipe, and the mechanical mechanism of the flexible pipe under complex loading is not clear. A 3D nonlinear finite element model of marine unbonded flexible pipe is built considering the friction contact behavior of each layer. The stress characteristics of internal pressure, external pressure, axial force, and torque on flexible pipe is analyzed. The analysis results show that the deformation characteristics of marine unbonded flexible pipe usually appears wave shape under external pressure; the external pressure is mainly borne by outer pressure armor layer, the internal pressure is mainly borne by the inner pressure armor layer, the axial force is mainly borne by the tensile armor layer, and the torque is mainly borne by the tensile armor layer of reverse rotating direction. The results can supply pointed references for the optimum design on a specific functional layer to improve the expected mechanical properties of marine bonded flexible pipe.
